Dante’s California Style Pizza and Café
Dante’s Restaurant was established in 1985 in its present location at 9305 Thornton Road in north Stockton. Over the years, as our business thrived and our base of loyal customers grew through word of mouth, the restaurant evolved from a pizza and sandwich café to include our current large and diverse offering of delicious appetizers and salads, hot deli style sandwiches and pizzas, along with some of the best pasta dishes in the city. We have a banquet room which seats up to thirty-six customers comfortably. We are happy to accommodate any type of occasion, from a relaxed style party to a more formal sit down dinner with special entrée selections and desserts. Our beer and wine menu is a wonderful complement to our wide range of menu items. We look forward to serving you and making your dining experience an occasion to remember.
Our banquet room is available 5 days a week with a minimum booking of $300, Sunday through Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Our Friday and Saturday bookings require a minimum of $500 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Banquet Room is not available on Friday or Saturday nights. Dante’s is closed Monday and Tuesday.
A deposit of $200 is required upon confirmation of the date for all functions. This deposit will be applied to the total bill for the banquet. Should a cancellation become necessary, the deposit will be refunded with thirty days notice prior to the scheduled function. An estimated deposit of 50% of the total bill will be required two weeks (14days) prior to the function.
A guaranteed number of attendees for a banquet is required 1 week (seven days) prior to the scheduled function. This number will serve as a guarantee that you may increase, but not decrease, prior to the function. Dante’s will be prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed number. Should the number of attendees be less that the guaranteed number, Dante’s will deduct no more than 5% from the guaranteed number.
A corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle will be charged for any wine or champagne brought into our banquet room. No outside food will be allowed without prior arrangements. Additional time may be booked in advance at a rate of $100 for each additional hour. All decorations must be approved by Dante’s.
All functions are subject to 18% gratuity and current sales tax.
